I haven't lost any weight since January!!! Need motivation.

  Thanks everyone for your feedback. Life has been so busy and I haven't had a chance to log on to Sparks as much as I would like. I feel as though when I do log onto Sparks, it inspires me and I'm more aware of the food I'm eating and excercing that I'm doing.

    I'm stuck in a rut as well. I know I haven't been eating as well as I should. I haven't been tracking my food either.. I really need to get my head on straight and get serious about this!

    When I get stuck and don't see scale or measurements moving, I try to change things up. Like eating less carbs, adding a little more to exercise. Little changes, sometimes is all it takes. I think your body gets adjusted to things ,and you have to do something to get it started again. I hope you can find something that works. I have to look at what I am doing all the time and make changes, Have a great day.

    You can do it! Just take it one day at a time and track your food.
