7 weeks back on track

I lost my way, like so many, and I came back also like so many. I'm almost back to the old "new" me. My energy level is up. My motivation is high (most of the time). My food choices are back to 95% healthy. My fitness needs some tweaking, but I am working on that. For the past 3 weeks I had to curtail my exercise due to an awful cough, however, that is getting better every day.
I have integrated a new Spark recipe every week to broaden my menus. I have been working on the April challenge eating a healthy breakfast and working out at least 10 minutes in the morning. (been doing a segment from a fitness DVD)
I read an article about a week ago which simply said: eat something within the first hour of waking. This actually has helped me. DH is a night owl and we always eat breakfast together which ends up to be about 3 hours after I get up. I grab a piece of fruit to munch on before breakfast.
I have also been working on my sleeping habits. I now turn off the computer at least an hour before bedtime. I downloaded some relaxing music on my tablet and listen to this while falling asleep. I can set a timer on this so it is really working out. I fall asleep and wake up more relaxed than ever.
So over all this journey is once again moving forward and I am a better person for that.
