45 mins of cardio

fast until dinner

    I wouldn't worry about the out of control food day. Doing a carb refeed is necessary to bring back fat burning hormones (especially thyroid and leptin) back up even on a carb cycling and especially a low cal diet. I am doing one every 2 weeks for now until I get leaner and then do one every week always followed by a fasting or very low cal day. Its not only about calories but those nasty evil little fat burning hormones to that we want at optimun levels too, otherwise we plateu. A way to check thyroid levels is to see if your temp is 98 before you eat dinner for three days. If not then you got to eat about 300 cals above maintance for at least a week before dieting again to fix a broken metabolism (stalling no matter how much you diet). I told you i will not let you fail!!!
