Hard to believe it is April of 2013!
My goals are pretty simple this month. I have a lot of travel coming up (3 days this week, 4 days next week - both for work) and then a long weekend to visit my good friend in Seattle.
I am planning on getting 600 fitness minutes in this month, which is the low end of my goal. I will track my food when I can -- that is, when I'm not on the road. Yesterday's calorie-bomb day was a good reminder eat less. Because food has calories... I need to remember this!
Because of all the travel, you will see me less around here.
