A new start, resetting goals, running out of time!

Sunday, April 07, 2013

Yes back again! Getting to be a bit regular on doing these blogs! emoticon

A new start!
Yes I have bitten the bullet and psyched myself to restart the 4 Phase Fat Elimination HCG Protocol. This is by Cyndi O'Meara and I had success when I used it several weeks ago but stopped due to having to travel.

The whole concept is that it is a program that excludes all extra fat , dairy and grain. There are a lot of free foods and I eat 100 grams of lettuce both lunch and dinner with another 100 grams of vegetable on the allowed list and 100 grams of protein.

emoticon Water is a big part of the program and there are organic supplement you take as well.

The maximum time allowed on the program is 48 days and then you start to gradually re-introduce other foods. If you experience a weight gain , it is surmised that , that particular food causes an inflammatory response.

Resetting goals,
While I was on the Wii Fit this morning it asked me if I wanted to reset my goals due to the fact that I had run out of time to achieve the goal I had set previously. emoticon

So I have come up with a new goal of weighing 60kg by the time I am 60 years young! Which means a weight loss of 8kg in 5 months. emoticon

running OUT OF TIME
August is 5 months away, I can no longer afford to have a "week off" healthy eating!

I choose to be healthy and I choose to take steps to get there!

I will put all my measurement s into my Sparkpage and this is a NEW BEGINNING!

Thank you for adding me as a friend. I would love to be your workout buddy - we have similar goals - I want to lose four kilos in two months (my birthday is at the end of June). And then I want to stay at that weight forever.

I really liked your comment in your blog about no weeks off from the health plan - each day is one step closer to our goals.

All the best for your journey. You are focused and energised and I look forward to reading about your successes in your future blogs.

You know, I really wish we could loosen up and still lose... it doesn't seem to work, at least not for me.

You can totally do this! You know that you'll have company on this journey!!
