A week without bread has left me feeling really awesome!
- Tummy bloating is significantly reduced.
- breakfasts are much more interesting (ie, grapes, carrot, boiled egg or protein shake with banana or this morning: mixed salad with baby beets and beef pattie mmmmm mm!)
- protein intake is up and carbs targets being met thru fruit and veg!
Loved being at the pool at 7am today ... Third time there this week ... Loving it! Much much happier today than a week ago :)
