Working toward the goals..

We has a stunningly beautiful day here today. It was a great day, I slept until I woke up naturally-I felt refreshed.I walked the dogs 3 times (3/4 mile total) rode the bike about a mile (oh how I love it). Then I went to the park and walked 2 miles before coming home. The rest was just lazy stuff.
My calories were below range today--that is very rare. But I am not hungry so I'm going to let it be. I was well above range yesterday so maybe it's just my body regulating itself.
There are 183 days left until the family wedding,roughly 200 until my BIG FOUR OH birthday. I realize I will not be at my goal weight by then, maybe not even half way there. BUT I will go,** knowing** I am working toward it. I will turn 40 healthier than I was at 39.
I would like to note that I am able to walk and ride ALOT easier than before. In fact the dogs like to run a bit and I am able to do that without wanting to DIE
I'm planning to go visit my brother and parents at the end of the month. This will be a test for me as far as my health and fitness goes. Since starting I have only been away from home for one weekend. We all know it is easy to get in vacation mindset and over indulge. Lucky for me my mom is great about having healthy foods on hand!
