April Goals - from 4/5 and 4/6

Well, I'm kicking butt and taking names....partially b/c I can hardly lift my arms to brush my teeth, but partially b/c I'm doing awesome. Got my workouts done as planned yesterday and today. I'm up to 2600 kettlebell swings done for the month of April already. I'm 100% on top of my steps goal so far as well. Food is spot on plan for very low carb. Ketones are .4 millimolar today. I'm shooting for between .5 and 3.0, but I'll take .4!!!

On to the 7th!!!
