Feeling tense, feeling defeated, feeling like you just can't do it. Take a second and "JUST BREATHE" Ok, is your head a little clearer? No take another second and "JUST BREATHE". How bout now? Sometimes we just have to stop and take a breathe to clear our heads. Then we can move on with purpose and a new spirit to reach whatever it is we are trying achieve.
