Just Breathe

Feeling tense, feeling defeated, feeling like you just can't do it. Take a second and "JUST BREATHE" Ok, is your head a little clearer? No take another second and "JUST BREATHE". How bout now? Sometimes we just have to stop and take a breathe to clear our heads. Then we can move on with purpose and a new spirit to reach whatever it is we are trying achieve.

    Just taking a little time not to focus on the things that are always there to stress us out is all we need to recharge. So to focus on Just Breathing in some fresh air and exhaling the stress. frustrations and troubles of the day can really make a difference from the GO, GO, GO of a hectic day! Great Advice and thanks for sharing!

    sometimes we are tense and holding our breathe and don't realize it. this can make us feel weak and sick . just relaxing and breathing is the best thank you emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
