My NEW Plan

so it's not been going well since my last vlog. i didn't weigh in this week b/c i slacked and b/c i've been sick. i decided (since i was laid up in bed today) to watch a documentary. that lead me to a new netflix add..."vegucated". i must say...wow! great choice and def a must see for you all! it was just what i needed. ok, with that said....


1. clothes don't fit
2. i feel like poo
3. looking forward to cute summer clothes and a great bikini
4. better my health
here is a sneak peak of the swimsuits i'm hoping to look ADORABLE in this summer...




1. revisit my old blogs/vlogs (thanks hapinana!! xoxo)
2. rewatch some food documentaries (food matters, fat sick and nearly dead, forks over knives"
3. get the marble jars back out
4. pic out a new goal outfit & hang it to where i can always see it
5. post motivation quotes and scripture all over my kitchen to keep my body, spirit and mind in check
6. make a new vision board



1. eating
- all plant based


2. workout
- monday: 25 mins interval cardio on treadmill, weights for backs and triceps
- tuesday: 25 mins interval cardio on treadmill, weights for chest and biceps
- wednesday: 25 mins interval cardio on treadmill, abs
- thursday: 25 mins interval cardio on treadmill, weights for shoulders and calves
- friday: 25 mins interval cardio on treadmill, legs
weights: using at much free weights as possible so i use more of my core and to throw extra walking and videos in when i have extra time. my new trainer says to take the weekend off and that i don't need that much cardio but that might be a hard habit to break. planning on some "turbo jam", "tae bo" and "zumba" for some extra cardio fun.

    I've watched all those same shows. Fat sick and nearly dead changed our life. We started juicing over 18 months ago. In three months we'd each lost 30 lbs. We've kept it off with one juice a day. Of course we have 30 more to lose which hasn't budged! We figure two juices a day might do it put we haven't done that. Chloe's Kitchen is a vegan cookbook I got. Her sauces and salsas are fabulous as well as the food I made from it. We aren't vegan, but I limit dairy-use almond milk in cooking and baking. Also limiting red meat and have meat free meals.

    thanks hapinana! and good job to you as well. we both have it in us we just have to dig a little dipper sometimes. yeah, my 1 yr with spark is in june so i'm ganna get as close as i can to my goal by then!
we can do it!!!!

    YES YES YES YES....... YOU GO GIRL!! I knew you had it in ya! Keep positive thoughts in your mind and the body will follow!! ( wow, that makes sense..LOL)

I'm on my fourth day of my exercise streak.... very very good for me (you know me?)

Life is great right now. I'm feeling mentally prepared and getting physically ready for my next drop of the next 37 lbs. 5/6/13 will be my one year anniversary and I want to at least be at a 40 lb. loss. I CAN DO IT!!

Lots of prayers for "us" and xxxooo Mama Carol!! emoticon

    i've heard of mcdougall...i def need to go pick up one of his books for sure!! thanks for the reminder on that. and engine 2 is on netflix..i'm on it! ;)
feeling better better these last couple days since all the changes and yes yes..swimsuits here we come!!

    Hey girl! Sounds like a great plan! emoticon I have watched those documentaries that you listed. I have not totally gone plant based but have leaned more that way recently. Boy do I feel so much better. I bought a recipe book from Dr. McDougall that has a lot of really easy recipes in it. I have found some real favorites in there! I also watched the Engine 2 Diet video on Netflix and bought the book. That has been very helpful too.. I think I should go back and watch some of those again! I also have gone back and read/watched a few of my own blogs/vlogs and that has helped me too. I think you are on the right track! You will be in those cute bathing suits very soon!!!
