April Goals, it has taken me a little bit to come up with my goals for the month since ours started out really cruddy this time around. I am going to keep them simple
1. Sleep 8 hours
2. watch my snacking
3. exercise at least 3 times a week
4. Drink more water
Theses are my goals for the month along with spending more time with the children and hubby.
