2 SP workout videos, track, & 10 flights of stairs with Am & Natasha. 4.5 miles in so far. 10,580 steps, halfway to my goal. Am & Natasha are coming back after dinner to wrap up the track.
My eating always leaves room for improvement. I'm taking baby steps in that area but slowly improving. I do manage to stay within my ranges but the quality of food can be better.
It's amazing on how the whole family is focusing on nutrition & exercise including my husband. They, as well as my SP family, motivate me!
PS I got in 22,104 steps! 9.5 miles!
