Hi everyone. I've tried and tried to upload the video I made of Jonathan's graduation from Basic to no avail. My parent's internet is EXTREMELY slow! I will upload it when we return home.

I was SO THRILLED to weigh today and see that I had gone down 4#'s! SO, SO thankful, and I honestly feel awesome! I had a luscious fruit salad w/plain greek yogurt sweetened w/banana, strawberry and stevia w/oats and pecans. WONDERFUL! I made 100% whole wheat buns for lunch and made them "Thin Buns" and I added lean roast beef and tons of veggies w/tad of cabot 2% cheddar. Then for supper--YUM, YUM, YUM! Dad grilled hamburgers so I had a small burger on another thin bun. I sautéed red, green, and orange peppers, onions and mushrooms to go on top of the burgers. I made a HUGE spinach/salad green's salad w/pecans, raisins, cauliflower, broccoli, radishes, avocado, tomatoes, and cabot 2% cheese. It was SO, SO good! And I feel so satisfied. Day #6 of eating healthy and I'm loving it!!!!

Plus, I had to share this! These are my LITTLE soldier boys and my nephews, and then I took another photo I took on Thursday.



Okay, starting tomorrow, I'm going to shoot for at least 10 minutes of exercise daily. That's my baby step for next week.
