I have had a slow start and only lost a few kilos but the exercise I am doing is making me feel much better. I feel more flexible and although I have some muscle soreness I dont have injuries. Yippee!!!!!
I thought more weight would come off in the beginning but I can feel my body shape has changed and it could be because my muscles are finally being toned slightly.
I want it to happen faster because I need my health to improve quickly but I am happy I am going forward and not backwards. i am now up to walking 3kms and I am proud of this.
