3 things i did great today.

1. Went to weight watchers first thing.
2. Walked -felt great.
3. Remained smoke free. Only 2 days til my 6 month anniversary of being a non- smoker.

giving smoking is probably the hardest of them all. Good for you to make yourself, everyone around you and the environment healthier!
