Accountability - Day 1

No Soda
No Chips

1 bottle of water down; 1 to go

Breakfast: Yogurt

Lunch: Ham, cheese, salami sandwich with approximately 5 organic crackers (spinach & garlic flavored - not too bad), 1 glass of Iced Tea.

Dinner: 1 Pork chop, spinach, applesauce. 1/2 glass Iced Tea

It's been a very busy day. I had my hair done, went to the grocery store, went to Target, went shoe shopping (didn't buy!), cleaned out / organized the household filing cabinet, shredded old paperwork. Going to Walmart in a bit to print off some photos so I can begin a photo album. We realized that since we've gotten Facebook, we have absolutely NO photos of us in an album; just a few in some frames.
