Another awesome workout and some good eats too:)
Spin this AM: 10 miles
SWEAT: Legs:)
TRX single leg squats
walking lunges
tire jumps
knee ups
mountain climbers
deadlifts
Then we ran 3 miles and went kayaking:) FUN, FUN, FUN!

For dinner sweet potato crust pizza:)
Another perfect day and summer is totally calling my name!

96 miles biking remain
23.1 miles running remain
0 rowing miles remain

155.80 miles for the year!
