Starting to feel a bit better than I was on Thursday, but still not great. Not continued with any of my goals this week as I have mostly been in bed or tucked up on the sofa! Although my eating hasnt been too bad. Barely slept either, only had about 9 hours sleep in the past 3 days :/ I prefer 9 hours a night!! Had some personal stresses going on too, which hasn't helped, but they seem to be getting better now...
Gonna do my weigh in tomorrow. very close to my ultimate goal weight now.
