Springing into Action Week 7 Challenge

Our challenge this week was to get 6-8 hours of sleep each night. I accomplished this goal by making sure I was in bed at a reasonable hour. I dvr’d my shows that came on after 9:00 so I could really aim for a good night sleep each night. I woke up each morning feeling great.
For the bonus we had to organize an area in our life. I chose to clean out my closet in my room. I had a lot of clothes that I could not fit any longer because they were too big. I donated them to the Salvation Army. I also found some nice shoes which were hiding in the back of the closet and I can wear them now. I also cleaned my desk at work because we are downsizing to a smaller work space so I packed a lot of things and threw a lot of stuff out.
