Stubborn scales

Sorry to say that I had a small gain this week. Ugh! Even so, I have been keeping up with my exercise, and even had to take in my jeans. Yay! Maybe those stubborn scales will move downward next week. Good luck to me! emoticon

    Don't let that weight fluxuation get you down, weight does goes up & down for different reasons ... just keep at it . You can do it !!!! I think if you are aware or your eating & exercising, that's half the battle ! emoticon emoticon

    Yes! You can do it!!! Feeling good and exercising is a big part of this despite what the scale says and the fact that you're taking in your jeans should feel really great! Yay!!! emoticon
