Today was the start of C25K Week 2. That means that the running stretches last 90 seconds instead of 60. It went really well, especially since I didn't have to push the jogging stroller.
I'm pretty sure I've never done more than 2-3 weeks of the program in the past, but right now, I don't think I'll give up. Signing up for a 5k before I even started the program is the best idea I've ever had.
