Springing into Action Week 7 Challenge

Our main challenge this week was to get 6 - 8 hours of sleep each night. I accomplished this! It feels so good to get a good nights sleep. Just wish I felt better. I have an infected tooth...I'm on antibiotics and am getting it pulled next Weds. It's really wearing me out. I've continued to walk every day and track my food and eat pretty well. I just had to give up my ST this week.....my jaw throbbed everytime I bent over. Enough whining...once this tooth is gone it's back to full force!!!!
Our extra bonus was to organize an area of our lives. Mine was my desk at work. I sorted the papers on my desk into like piles and tackled each pile one at a time. I made a to do list and stuck to it. I took care of items when they first came up instead of letting them sit on my desk and get lost in the shuffle. I created a filing system to straighten up my drawers. Feeling quite productive now.
On to week 8!
