Throwing the scale in the closet

Today is the end of Week 1 of my Beach body Challenge. I feel good with I have acomplished this week and not going to let the stupid scale get me down.
OK Let's start with scales suck and after the Winter to Spring challenge, I will be putting mine up for awhile. Since alot of my workouts are more focused on toning than cardio, the scale is not the best measurement of my progress.
Yeah the scale said I gained weight but I think that is more muscle weight than anything else. Also I think I need to make sure I am eating enough since I am working out more. I don't need my body to enter starvation mode!
My fitness started off a little rocky since I was not feeling well. I skipped my workout session on Monday and got some much needed rest. I followed my plan 6/7 days -although I did double my weight training to make up for the missed day
I earned 330 fitness minutes this week
As a reward, this morning I went to my favorite thrift store and bought me some new clothes - mostly shirts since all my Spring shirt of XL and I am now in a medium. I found the cutest black dress
but the darn thing won't zip up in the back
. It is in the closet and I will see if I can fit it at the end of May. If not I will just donate it back. I am going out later to look for another dress.
This week-end is finally a "Spring" week-end- nice weather. So I about to go out and enjoy the afternoon. Have a great day
