This month on Saturdays, we have a new zumba instructor. At first I was very nervous because I am so used to our regular instructor and usually have a really, really hard time following someone else, but I really like her. She was a lot of fun and we of course, did some new and different routines. Maybe this is what I need to help my bloating/weight loss. I am drinking more water because I read that, that is what you need to help with bloating. I made a big batch of steel cut oatmeal this morning, so all I have to do is heat up what I want to eat. I have been taking the flaxseed oil and am going to start taking Metamucil also.
