5:2 Intermittent Fasting – Week 4 – Fast Days 1 & 2 **UPDATE**

Just a quick update from yesterday... I lost 0.4lbs this week. That puts me at a 6lbs total loss so far.

I'm not happy with it to be honest.

I really need to start exercising properly and to start eating better on my non-fast days.

Wish me better motivation!!

    I tried to understand your page and if I am right you want to lose ten kilos before your wedding that is a year a head. 0,4 punds a week is 20 lb in a year is 9.07 kilos...providing the past week was you at your laziest, you will achieve your goal if you keep it up.

I started with a four day fast and will try to do alternate during apriel, meaning one day fasting, one day eating. This is because I need to lose a lot of weight and will try this more heavy alternative for a start.

So far I find it weirdly easy - but it is only one week so it is not much proof of anything. Four kilos lost is of course great next week will show what the result may be with alternate fasting.

    emoticon You have stuck to it for 4 weeks! Feel proud of your persistence, and don't let the scale disappoint you!
And must take a lot of determination to keep on a healthy track on the "free"days. I think if I were in your place I would binge the 5 days to reward me for fasting the 2!

    You go! I've always been kinda scared of intermittent fasting just because I like to eat.... like all the time :-)
