Just for fun and to keep myself accountable and perhaps praise myself a little bit, hehe.
Here's my Lunch of the Week, Apr 1 - 7, 2013 (I know it's not yet 7th but my best lunch usually on weekdays):
It's chicken rice with chicken soup, lettuce leaves and tomato slices (as much as I can fit in the container), a drumstick (half boiled for the chicken soup, half fried). What I'm so proud about this lunch is the abundant leaves and I didn't include chillies sauce (usually, I do) which means I save some calories :D
I also include my latest picture, perhaps my best look for this week, to compare with future close-up :D And what to compare? The fullness of my face, whether I increased my weight and fat %, hehe. I did put some makeup but I don't think there's much of makeup trick that made my face looked slimmer as I've no idea how to do those tricks - just the basic and some colour for my anemic lips LOL
