DAy 6 and I have a little girls birthday party to host!

Saturday, April 06, 2013

Hi
My apologies that the post before this one was so short, and that this one will be too!

I wanted to share this link with you and then I have to go and decorate a cake!

This link is for BETH!

Yesterday was quite a day in terms of nutrition but it deserves a nice long blog all of its own, which I don't have time for today, but it will be forthcoming soon.

Have a great weekend, keep up the great work, if you have a pic to send, I'd love it!

Thanks for the recipe! Now I need a food processor, LOL! I actually want to get one soon anyway, as I'd like to make my own baby food as much as possible.

Hope the party was fun and the weekend was a great one!

Hope you've recovered from the birthday now
I'm back from the birthday BBQ - masses of protein and spinach salad. A litre of water and an early night :)

I hope the party was amazing and that your daughter had a
great time. I loved the link for the sunflower seed butter.
My eating wasn't exactly on track today, but tomorrow is
a fresh start. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hope the party was amazing. Day six was great no cola only 1 black tea not enough water tho. No white carbs except I'm pretty sure there was probably white flour used as a thickener in the sauce.

Shoveled wet heavy snow so I even got exercise.

Breakfast was closer to 11 but I tried (got a call) Good news I was hungry for it. It was all protein and I had a fruit and veggie lunch around 1:30.

Am also looking forward to trying that sunflower butter soon too.

Hope the party is absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with me. The school where my daughter goes is nut free and she is a peanut butter hound. I'm hoping that this will enable her to take sunflower seed butter sandwiches to school and enjoy them as much as she normally would a peanut butter sandwich. This should be a huge help if I can get her to enjoy the flavor as much. Thanks again.
