NO PAIN NO GAIN

at least so "they" say.
If that be true....then I'm gaining in bucket loads because my arms and shoulders are SOOOO SORE from all the upper body workout we did at boot camp yesterday. Ouch I didn't know you could ache so much emoticon

I had to think twice about ordering coffee at the farmers market this morning, because ordering meant picking up my purse to pay, paying meant drinking, drinking meant lifting my cup.
Ooooh pain.


I had a friend join me at boot camp yesterday as a buddy which means one free lesson.
I haven't heard from her yet what she feels like...think our friendship may be over??? emoticon

Each week, I think it can't get worse...but then Rico proves it can. emoticon

The good news is that in my first week, I could only walk around the field as a warm up exercise and I also walked between all the exercises. Yesterday, for the first time I ran everything. So thats a huge improvement in my strength and stamina. That keeps me going on.

I've already been sponsored for next month.....so for now I have love/hate relationship with my son for "making me cry". emoticon


This expression is perfect for us right now because...I do smile through my tears
(tears of joy for being able to do so much physically now compared to when I started)

    That pain is a good thing. When you keep working out with that pain it gets even better. You're jsut using unused muscles.
