I was worried earlier today when I realised my feet really needed a rest from walking. My initial thought was NO, I don't want to break the streak (short though it may be) and make a mess of the exercising each day. Then I decided that while I would try to skip walking and see if that helped them at all; I could do OTHER exercise. So I spent time doing a mix of stretching and strength training and having fun doing all kinds of crazy exercises with my mediball. Rather than giving in, I changed things around
I still need to work out what to do about my feet - whether visit a podiatrist, a physiotherapist, keep walking and see if the problems vanish in time or get worse; but I'm glad for the decisions I made today.
