From what I read, these little seeds are very healthy for us. I know in some articles it talks about grinding or soaking them to get the best results. I enjoy chewing on the flax seeds whole but will sometimes grind them to add them to a recipe. The chia seeds I just sprinkle on things or add to smoothies. This is a new element added since my last Dr. visit so will be interesting to see if any or all of what I am doing is helping those internal numbers go in the right directions.
I am thankful today for good friends. One of my friends is coming out and we are planning a manicure, shopping, lunch and a movie. So excited!!
