Today, visualize yourself completing a workout that you previously couldn't accomplish. How does it feel to know that you gave it your all--and actually finished it? Keep this in mind if you need inspiration during your workout today.
I wish this one were working for me today. I'm really having to reach. I've done this in the past, so I know how wonderful it feels. But today, I'm just kind of disconnected from it. It's really not striking home. Maybe it will later.
