Breakfast: 1 biscuit, scrambled eggs, skim milk
Lunch: Cici's pizza-1 slice supreme, 4 slicespinach alfredo, 2 bread sticks, alfredo dipping sauce, dr. pepper
Dinner:Soft taco with tomato and onion, sour cream and refried beans and cheese
Snack: Papa John's 2 slice mushroom pizza, 2 bread sticks, garlic butter sauce

Breakfast: 6 powdered donuts, 2 fried eggs, 1 cup skim milk
Lunch: Chili cheese dog in tortilla with two hot dogs, mac&cheese
Dinner: Ham, small portion corn and green beans, double portion stuffing, 2 deviled eggs
Snack: Jones soda, starbucks vanilla frap bottle (1/2 of each)

Breakfast: Starbucks Blueberry Muffin, Grande White Mocha
Lunch: Progresso Classic vegetable soup, 7 saltines
Snack: Taco Bell soft taco supreme
Dinner: Shake-n-bake pork chop, shells and cheese, very small portion cheesy mash potatoes, yeastroll, bush baked beans, small portion chicken/broccoli rice, 1/2 can dr. pepper
Desert: M&M ice cream sandwich
Snack: Fruity pebbles and milk

Breakfast: Bacon Egg and Cheese english muffin, banana, skim milk, Tall Starbucks white mocha
Lunch: Arby's Ham Market fresh sandwich, 3 cheese sticks
Dinner: McDonald's grilled chicken ranch snack wrap, small fry, large sweet tea
Snack: Pizza Hut Sausage and pepperoni slice

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, grande white mocha
Lunch: Subway Ham and cheese on wheat, sun chips, yogurt parfait
Dinner: Little Caesar's Pepperoni slice, 2 slices cheese pizza, 4 breadsticks, cheese sauce, dr. pepper
Snack: 2 butterfinger eggs, 2 cups skim milk

Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese english muffin, folgers columbian coffeee w/ 2 tsp sugar and milk, 1 cup skim milk
Lunch: McDonald's grilled chicken bacon wrap, small fry, large sweet tea
Dinner: 2 chicken and broccoli pot pies

Breakfast: Arby's ham egg and cheese wrap w/ no potatoes, 1 potato cake, coffee w/ 4 creams and 6 sugars
Lunch: Subway ham and cheese on wheat, sun chips
Dinner: 1/2 shake and bake pork chop, broccoli w cheese, oven roasted potatoes, dr.pepper
Snack: cheese quesadilla, skim milk

I am not at all proud of my meals this week. My sodium level was through the roof and my body let me know it! The caloric intake was HORRIBLE! I know why I feel so bad. It's true, the saying you are what you eat. I feel very slow and sluggish. And it's now wonder, since all I ate was junk!

My biggest obstacle this week was I didn't plan my meals. I got trapped in the fast food trap. I didn't have anything planned and so instead of going to the grocery store every night it would be more convenient to just pick up some pizza or whatever sounded good. UGH!
