Today has been better

I finally got some sleep, and was able to stay in my ranges, in spite of a trip to the pizza place. :) I stuck with two slices, and stopped.

I even had a nice lunch of whole wheat spagetti, shredded chicken, cheese, and 7-herb spagetti sauce!

    My wife and I used to always order two meals when out on the town. Sometimes we ate it all(dependent of the types and amount of food), and sometimes we had doggy bags. I found that after I started on this journey I just don't like eating that much in one sitting anymore. So I've been trying to convince my wife to only order one meal and get an extra plate all year long. She has the TOO BIG OF EYES problem. When she is hungry, she thinks she is going to eat the whole thing, yet most the time she has left overs. So she has gotten better at just ordering one order with an extra plate and that's all we eat. It is working.

    It takes time to train the mind against old bad habits, but it can be done. And PUSH AWAYS are the best exercise there is. ;-)
