Well this is week three of my journey to a healthier me. i have to say that this has been had, but i have a really good reason. I'm down 8 pounds so far and i feel more energetic and less depressed about myself. My only concern is that i wont make my goal weight by the deadline, but that is really only my mind trying to trick me. I just have to push those thought out of my mind and focus on the reason i'm doing this.
