    emoticon Very timely as I just started my Running 101! class this past Wednesday. And according to the instructor, it does not matter how fast or how slow you run, you are still a runner - and I am pretty slow. I started back to trying to run after Christmas following the Run Your Butt Off (RYBO) program and was doing OK. But I was doing treadmill running and I think that running with a group will help me - we'll see. I just want to get out there and run a 5k without walking and feel good about it. So, hopefully the 10 week class and the camaraderie will get me there. I may never love it, but I don't want to hate it and I want to love the work out it provides!
