One month later

...and no gains or losses. But then again, I've been working 12+ hours a lot of days (It's not a money thing, I can't say no to family in need.) and I know my sleep has been all over the place. But the weather is finally getting to the nice range, and the extra work is coming to an end, and I finally get the time I need to refocus on finding my spark. Now that I'm not doing the second job as much, I can cut back on the calories, which will be a relief since trying to eat more meant I was trying to eat more bagel type foods (Stupid real job.) Now I have the time to cook my own meals again, and take real food leftovers to work, I should be in much better shape to kick myself in the butt and get to it.
