Well I was going to write a blog about how I haven't been having a great week and such. And than I said no were not going to do that were just going to dust ourselves off and do better.
So update for the month of March's goals I have gotten better at eating breakfast not perfect but better. I'm getting better at getting up in the morning. The mirror is now my friend so good month over all now for Aprils challenges are as follows:
1. Run a longer distance than I am now by the end of april so the entire block.
2. Take my vitamin everyday.
3. Write in my binder everyday about how my day was and say something nice about myself.
And I will update once a week.
