Thursday, 4/4 - walk/hike (easy walk per my training plan)
Went for two break walks at work for a total of 1.35miles. Wanted to shake things up, so pulled out my 30 Day Shred and did that last night too! (WOO! That works muscles I forgot about!) So, I'm feeling really good and healthy today (though I am hungrier than I have been) - and have nice actively sore muscles! Looking forward to working out the kinks tonight with some Cardio Boxing and a good run tomorrow (might even venture outside with the dog if its not snowing or raining!).
