Thursday - On plan!

Thursday, 4/4 - walk/hike (easy walk per my training plan)

emoticon Went for two break walks at work for a total of 1.35miles. Wanted to shake things up, so pulled out my 30 Day Shred and did that last night too! (WOO! That works muscles I forgot about!) So, I'm feeling really good and healthy today (though I am hungrier than I have been) - and have nice actively sore muscles! Looking forward to working out the kinks tonight with some Cardio Boxing and a good run tomorrow (might even venture outside with the dog if its not snowing or raining!).

    Yes, we have woken up several days this week with snow emoticon I am SO over winter!!!

    emoticon are you having a cold spring too?? It's been really cold and snowy and rainy here!! Ready for summer! Have a nice weekend. Get out and walk the dog. :)

    Ima try that shred. I do a lot of that stuff now, but it's always fun to have someone else boss you around and tell you what to do next.
