My food journal

This is the food journal that I have been keeping this week. I'm a very picky eater and was out of town for most of the week. I have learned that I don't eat much in a day but need to eat healthier foods. Being a super picky eater, this is quite a challenge for me.

Saturday 3/30
- mini blueberry muffin
- bacon ranch fries
- slice pepperoni pizza
- mountain dew

Sunday 3/31
- mini blueberry muffin
- baked mac and cheese
- chicken cesear salad

Monday 4/1
- mini blueberry muffin
- fried chicken leg
- mashed potatoes
- butter noodles
- lemonade
- mashed potato bowl
- dr pepper

Tuesday 4/2
- blueberry crepes
- hot chocolate
- slice pepperoni pizza
- dr pepper
- raman noodle soup
- Gatorade

Wednesday 4/3
- salad
- root beer
- slice pizza
- sweet tea

Thursday 4/4
- strawberry oatmeal
- salad
-bacon cheeseburger

Friday 4/5
- Froot Loops
- pierogis
- bagel bites
- strawberry daiquiri

    Im a picky eater too...you know what a good way to make you even more pickier, but to also steer you towards healthier food...learn where the food you are eating comes from and how it is made. This kind of knowledge may make you rethink what foods you want to eat and what you dont!!!
