Oops! Forgot to recap on my March goals. What a slacker! Here are the goals and the results
Keep maintaining around the 67kg mark (I tend to see numbers anywhere from 66kg (fluke, I think) to 68kg, depending on a lot of factors)
I bounce around between 66 and 67 most days
Work out 5 times per week (usually 2 boxing and 3 ST, but want to add running back in
I'm working out most days, and have my weekends with my boyfriend as rest days
Do a pull up without the band
I am now doing unassisted chin ups every gym session. Averaging 4, my PR was 6!
Run Round the Bays this weekend and not die (I signed up on a whim and haven't trained due to illness, work stuff, being out of town, and general laziness)
Done and done in 1h3m. I didn't die and it made me realise that I am fitter than I thought I was
Eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies every day. I'm slipping on this one so I need to get back on track!!
I started having 4 servings at school, plus my 1-2 for dinner. On track!
