On the whole, until today, that's exactly what it was - background to all the other "important" things on my page like status, pictures, introductory words, profile, lists of friends and teams. But no more - now it's more FOREground, to keep me focused on the important things from day to day. And, like many things, variety keeps it fresh so that I will need to change it regularly if it's to retain its new status on my page!
The idea came from a fellow team member, SF and blogger, LJR4HEALTH, who is adjusting her background weekly in accordance with our destinations on the 5% Challenge. So thank you Linda for this great idea - a bit of sincere flattery here!
However, I didn't want to be a copycat so have decided to alter my background for the next few weeks to reflect the Living The Good Life aspect of the Challenge. The coming week is to concentrate on Mindful Eating Habits, hence the new background.
When this Challenge is over I'll use the changing background to bridge the gap, and perhaps to keep me focused on other healthy habits.
