6 miles on the bike before SWEAT!
Class today was another killer:) 3 stations of pushups back to back to back, pull ups, Olympic clean and presses, and one legged body builder burpees using the TRX.

Planning to kayak tomorrow so those miles will be gone. Also doing spin and running plus SWEAT! Another active, fun weekend!
