Just five days ago I started reading Chalene Johnson's book. The book is titles Push. It teaches you how to achieve and attain goals and not only weightloss goals either. She also talks about achieving personal wellness and financial goals to. This book is starting to change the way I make decision and the way I prioritize my day and life. I reccommend this book to any one who is struggling with weight loss success.
