Finally got back in the daily exercise groove. I can tell how out of shape I am. Everything I do brings on sore muscles. I've been eating healthier foods and feel much better for it. I slipped up last night and this afternoon and binged on salty, buttery popcorn. That is my main vice. I have a hard time stopping and many times will eat the whole big bowl. I did better this time, but better stay away from it for a while. Did the 15 ab video on sp today, as well as 20 pushups and 45 minutes on my stair stepper. I've done the ab video 3 times this week along with other exercise. Don't know why I can't stick with all of this when it makes me feel good. I always seem to slip up and now some of the weight I lost has crept back on. I'm going to keep at it so I can lose that weight again and keep the scale moving downward. Don't know what I would do without sp. The support I receive on here really keeps me going.
