Somedays it seems I am always waiting on a clock. At 8:00 time for work, 12:00 time for lunch 4:00 time for exercise and 6:00 time for dinner 10:00 time for bed. Not sure life is really suppose to happen this way. The Clock seems to guide my life and my eating habits. Thinking about letting my stomach tell me when it is hungry is an unorganized way of thinking about meal time.
I would like to take a look at this approach but not sure how to do it. Where would you begin. Honey I am not hungry so you will need to cook for yourself. It could be possible maybe I could have leftovers more often for the husband. Would a person get to hunger and then extremely overeat because they were famished. I would love to see some feed back on this issue of eating when you are hungry and not when the clock says you should.
