Day #469

Hey everyone, I hope that you all had great weeks! I am currently waiting on my mom to get done with her lunch so that she can call me and I can get the information that I need to fill out my FASFA. After that I plan on going to the gym for at least an hour, hopefully longer but we will see, that will depend on how I feel.

As far as my goals go I feel that I have been doing fairly well. I have had breakfast almost every morning although some days have not been the healthiest. I have also refrained from eating fried foods and drinking soda although at times the temptation has been strong. I am almost constantly drinking water although occasionally at meals I will have sweet tea, or Hawaiian punch. I know that neither are the best for me, but I am not fully ready to transition to only drinking water. I am hoping that that is something that will simply come with time. I have already been to the gym twice this week and plan on going again today to make my third time this week. I may try to get another one in tomorrow to surpass my goal which would be awesome and make me feel great!

It is a beautiful day outside today, the most beautiful that we have had in a long time. It kind of helps to melt away my worries, although there are definitely a lot of those so they are still here. I have been so stressed out lately between signing up for classes and keeping up with my current classes it has been a mess. However, I got all signed up for my fall classes. All that I have left to do is to sign up for my online summer psychology class. My goal is to have at least a 3.0 this semester. My GPA has gone down quite a bit from last semester, but my classes are much harder and now I am busy with my RA job on top of everything else. I intend to start weighing myself in daily as another way to keep track of how I am doing and then I will record that in my heath journal. I am currently doing my health journal on the computer, but I feel like I will probably keep up with it more if I do it in a notebook instead. We will see.
