I realized this morning that last year I was more on a schedule. Slowly, it has changed on me. Now I don't feel like I have a schedule at all. Time to work on getting back on one.

    I feel the same way....feeling like there are many areas that I need to get back on track with.....planning my meals....logging my food and excercise in the trackers....and making more time for sparking again..... emoticon

    I'm a planner as well. A couple weeks ago I realized I wasn't carrying my planner around with me and I was going insane running around trying to remember what I was supposed to be doing and just hoping I don't forget something or overbook myself. I'm slowly getting back into the habit of writing things down again, even if I don't have my planner with me, so that I can feel more level-headed. I know you'll find what works for you!
