looking forward to seeing results

OK. I admit it. I get impatient when it comes to losing weight and I'm really focusing on correcting this. I gained ten pounds during tax season and I want them off now, so I can resume seeing the results I was getting BEFORE I allowed myself to fall off the wagon.

I know it won't happen overnight. I know that I can't just start working out with extreme intensity every day for 2 hours and get there - my body and mind has limits.

What I DO have to focus on is consistency. For example, I gained .1lb yesterday, after walking an hour10 min and eating well and drinking water. Well, I did go over calories a little and I was super thirsty when I went to bed so I'm probably retaining a bit of water. Walking an hour more than before isn't going to drop the 10 pounds overnight. But increasing my workouts over time as my body allows it will work. I WILL see results soon. I just have to keep my eye on the prize.

    I one million percent understand the impatience thing. With all the hard work, it feels like you should see results NOW! But you're keeping the perfect attitude and doing all the right things. Keep it up! emoticon
