Well I was hoping to be around 142 about this time on my journey, but 17 pounds later at 150.6 I find myself so grateful for being able-bodied and having a choice to live healthy.
Still need to work on my sugar intake and get more veggies in. That is my rejuvenated goal that I have pushed the reset button on.
