I woke up with one thought today. BREATHE. Let the air fill your lungs as you take in a breath. Then exhale slowly. Take another breath and exhale slowly. Breathe. When all else fails always remember to BREATHE.
Though all the things that I have done I really have to give myself a re-boot and start over again. It has been more than a week since I have gotten off eating healthy. I got a burrito today and decided that I was actually going to count my calories and track my food/water for the day. Already I am more than half way though my calorie intake for the day! I didn't realize how many calories I was putting into my body just with one meal alone.
But I will continue to try and do better from here...and I will remember to breathe.
